Samples can be returned within 30 days using the prepaid return shipping label included in your sample box.

Yes, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method once we receive and process your returned samples.

Standard ground shipping, expedited 2-day, overnight, and white glove delivery with room placement are available.

On rare occasions, high demand may temporarily affect availability. If your selected carpet becomes unavailable, our team will contact you with the option to choose a similar alternative. If you prefer not to substitute, we will gladly issue a full refund.

In-stock rugs can be returned within 30 days. Custom-made rugs are final sale but we work closely with you during the design process.

All rugs are produced in a standard horizontal orientation. If you prefer a vertical orientation, we can accommodate the request; however, this requires additional material and production adjustments, and the price will increase by 30%.

Care & support

Flaws could be a tear from shipping. Or imperfections in yarns that are not supposed to be there.
You must take photos of damaged packaging when receiving from the trucking company.
Also make a note on the bill of lading when the trucker asks for a signature. You must mark it damaged or do not accept the package.

Contact our customer service team immediately with photos and order details. We will resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

Take photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact our support team for immediate replacement or repair.

We ask that you read the details carefully for the rug you’re ordering. We have explained in detail what it is and we also show photos of the rug. We do not take returns. Unless there was a flaw in the rug. You have to report that flaw immediately.

There will be a slight difference in color. We tried to show you the most accurate. But every monitor has their own slight differences.
